I am more and more convinced that one of the best uses of our time is prayer, and that one of the most urgent needs of our time is prayer. Sadly, prayer is a topic that is often reacted to with an ‘oh hum’ attitude and is regarded as something that is ‘vanilla in a chocolate caramel’ world! That may or may not (I hope it does not!) describe you, and even if you have read countless books on prayer, I hope you will give the next couple weeks a chance. In this time we will embark on a two-part journey of prayer in a sermon titled “Lord, Teach Us to Pray.” Lord willing, I look forward to having you join us in worship and teaching!
