This week we conclude our “What is Truth?” series by looking to the account between Jesus and the woman of Samaria, with a special focus on “worship” as expressed in verses 23-24 of John 4. Worship is a topic which holds many misunderstandings in our day and age, and one in which opinions often guide us more than the truth. As we unpack the truth about worship, we will look at four key words and their implications for us: Prevent, Prepare, Participate, and Perpetuate, with our goal being to learn what it is to “worship in spirit and truth.”
