Sunday School is for children ages 3 through 5th Grade. Children learn to worship the Lord through the study of His Word, music, and fun activities related to the Bible lesson. Children’s Sunday school is from 9:30-10:45am each Sunday.

A class designed to help students to grow deeper in their faith to become rooted and established in God’s word.

Through confirmation, your children will be given the opportunity to be instructed in the Christian faith, & publicly affirm a living and personal faith in Jesus Christ. Confirmation is not a sacrament, nor is it commanded in the Bible. It’s a privilege, not a right, and consists of a three year pastoral and educational ministry of our church that is designed to assist our children in identifying with the life & mission of adulthood in the Christian church.
Romans 1-8 Study
January 10 – March 28 • Length: 12 Weeks • Facilitator: Steven Rabuck
In-depth adult study concentrating on the first eight chapters of Romans with insightful study notes. 11 lessons.
January 10 – February 14 • Length: 6 Weeks • Facilitator: Dean Shemon • Fee $5
With over 2,000 verses in the Bible that pertain to finances, there is so much wisdom to be learned from Scripture. Whether you are single, married, young or more experienced, come join us as we discuss Biblical approaches to your finances. Solid financial planning is necessary at every age. Come, learn and grow with us! A fee of $5.00 covers the entire six week course.
Sermon on the Mount

In the face of scorn and disbelief, Jesus Christ announced His kingdom. In the face of hatred and death, He demonstrated its power. In this twelve-lecture series, Dr. Sinclair Ferguson explains how the Sermon on the Mount equips us to live a kingdom life in a fallen world. Dr. Ferguson highlights Christ’s exhortations to live counter culturally, to examine the deeper implications of God’s law, and to rest in the knowledge of God as Father for the cure of all our anxieties.
Getting to the Heart of Parenting

Parenting is hard, but there are few things in life that rise to this level of importance. God has chosen parents to be primary instruments in the shaping of a human soul. Join this 10 session journey through the Bible to discover a different and better way to parent. After laying down foundational parenting principles, Tripp covers specific application for children 0-5, 6-12, and 13-18.
Foundations of the Faith
January 10 – March 28 • Length: 12 Weeks • Facilitator: Pastor David Olson
What is Christianity all about? What do Christians believe? This class will examine the core beliefs of the Christian faith, including: Who is God? Where did evil come from and how did it affect humanity? How did we get the Bible and what is it? How is one saved? What is the role of the Holy Spirit in my life/ What is the Lord’s Supper and Baptism? Regardless of how long you have been a Christian, this class will challenge and encourage you. If you are interested in joining Abiding Savior, or reaffirming your commitment as a member, you are invited to join us for a time of teaching and discussion around God’s Word!
It’s All Under Control

If you’re like most women, you have been trying to hang on tight so you can get life right. Jennifer Dukes Lee has written this Bible study work especially for you. Over the course of this study, you’ll: 1) Uncover surprising truths from the life of Jesus about busyness, obedience, and asking for help. 2) Discover the five major reasons that keep us from trusting God – and how to overcome them. 3) Learn how to make healthier, wiser decisions about how to spend your time and energy. 4) Find practical exercises and scriptural truths to guide you in living a life of surrender to God. 5) This isn’t a journey to “doing less”; it’s about becoming more of who God has truly created you to be.

The Young Adult group meets each Tuesday to talk, encourage, and build relationships. Some time is spent watching a video from the current series we are going through, and is then followed with discussion prayer. The Gathering meets on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:45pm, and is a great opportunity for students to study God’s Word and build relationships with their peers and leaders.
